Innovation inspiration session
Ideas for new services and products can often only arise when you dare to let go of the existing and give room to the imagination. Innova Connect supports this process by organizing innovation inspiration sessions for your company or organization. The (latent) needs of your customers are central to the innovation inspiration sessions. The inspiration we offer is based among others on current scientific literature.

‘Diner pensant’
A market leader in horticulture was in need of a strategic reorientation with regard to the positioning of its product in the production chain. Together with Hague Corporate Affairs, Innova Connect provided strategic advice, based among others on interviews with stakeholders. A ‘diner pensant’ was organized halfway through the process, in which ‘thought leaders’ from adjacent or comparable sectors took part. During dinner, under the guidance of a moderator, the customer exchanged ideas with the other diners on a number of important questions. The evening led in a relaxed manner to new insights from unexpected quarters and contributed significantly to the result of the strategic reorientation.

Feasibility study SME company
An SME in plant breeding wanted to investigate the feasibility of selection based on molecular markers instead of phenotype. In particular, the question was whether this would be feasible for the properties in question, the crop in question, in the business economic context of the company. Innova Connect has carried out a feasibility study for this together with the company and together with additional experts. The feasibility study has helped the company in further decision-making on this subject.
